    Your monthly subscription payments accumulate indefinitely in your account. Use it this month, next month, or next year - it's always there when you need it.

  2. What if I don't use my design hours?

    Design service hours are valid for the month they're allocated and don't roll over. This keeps your projects moving and prevents our design backlog from building up.

  3. What's included in the design services?

    Bronze includes one single-sided flyer design.

    Silver's 1 hour, covers business cards, postcards, or simple brochures.

    Gold's 2.5 hours, can handle complex brochures, multi-page documents, or multiple smaller projects.

    We'll guide you on what's achievable within your hours.

  4. Can I use my credit on anything?

    Yes! Your accumulated credit can be redeemed for any products or services available on our website.

  5. Is my subscription payment refundable?

    No. All subscription payments are non-refundable and remain as credit in your account for purchasing products and services from We Do Print and Unibind.UK.

  6. Is there a minimum contract period?

    All prices above are based on a 12 month contract.

    If you fall in to difficulty, contact us to discuss terms - we will try to find an arrangement that works for your business.

  7. How do the discounts work with my credit?

    Your tier discount (5% or 10%) applies to every purchase. If you have £1,000 credit and buy a £1,000 job, you'll pay £900 (Silver) or £950 (Gold) from your credit, leaving a balance. If the job costs more than your credit, you pay the discounted rate on the additional amount.

  8. Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

    Yes! Contact us to adjust your subscription level. Your accumulated credit remains intact when you change tiers.

  9. Can I pause my subscription?

    Contact our team to discuss your options. Your accumulated credit always remains available. However your package will revert back to the Bronze level.
